The 90-Day Promise (Halo device)

Take ninety days from delivery to make Halo part of your life. If it is not for you, contact us at info@getskinfoundry.com within 90 days of delivery and we will arrange a return and refund to your original payment method. The device should be returned with its original packaging and included accessories.

Lumis Activating Treatment Gel

Unopened Lumis may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, opened gel cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will replace or refund it.

How to start a return

Email info@getskinfoundry.com with your order number. We will send instructions and a return address. Refunds are issued within 10 business days of the return arriving. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
