1-Year Limited Warranty

Every Halo device is covered by a one-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, beginning on the date of delivery.

What is covered

Failure of the device to operate as intended under normal home use, including charging faults, mode or LED failures, and manufacturing defects.

What is not covered

Damage from drops, liquid immersion beyond normal treatment use, unauthorized repair or modification, cosmetic wear, or use not in accordance with the treatment guide.

How to make a claim

Email info@getskinfoundry.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will repair or replace the device at our discretion.
