The Halo user guide recommends two to three sessions per week, with five minutes per mode. The Essentials routine combines Clean, Import and Lifting for 15 minutes, twice weekly.
1. Clean
Use cleanser on damp skin for Clean mode. Lumis is optional in this mode. Start at Level 1 and keep the device moving.
2. Apply Lumis for the treatment modes
Apply Lumis Activating Treatment Gel to clean skin before Import, Eye Care, Anti-aging or Lifting. Use enough for a comfortable glide, reapplying if needed.
3. Choose your modes
Each mode takes five minutes. Clean, Import and Lifting make up the 15-minute Essentials routine. All five modes would take 25 minutes of treatment time, plus transitions; you do not need to run all five each session.
4. Follow the mode-specific technique

How often should you treat?
